15 x Wall Ball Sit Ups (WBSU)
15 x Wall Balls
15 x Burpees

*WBSU are performed with feet against wall and knees bent at 90 degrees. Med ball touches floor overhead then sit up to throw at target.
**Utilize med balls of 20# for male & 14# for female.
