Individual or Team
Accumulate 1000 reps from the following list.
No more than 250 reps of any movement.
Both partners must complete the same movements.

Running for meters
Bike (3 minutes of bike counts for a minimum of 50 reps)
Rowing (3 minutes of rowing counts for a minimum of 50 reps)
Farmers carry for meters
Bear crawls for meters
Kettlebell swings, snatches, SDLHP
Dumbbell snatches, push press
Empty barbell: thrusters, snatches, push press
Med ball: wall balls, ground-to-overhead
