-This movement starts with plate loaded in the hip during a high squat
-Hips open to drive plate behind the head
-Plate touches back and returns to start position
Burpees Bumper Jumps
-Face bumper and perform a burpee
-Upon rise, jump over bumper and turn to face it
-Rinse and repeat 🙂
