The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips
Stretches: Dislocates, Single Leg Flexion, Elbow Flexion

Strength & Skill

After each set of Paused Front Squats, complete one set of Wall Walks.

Paused Front Squat (5-5-5-3-3)

*Hold down position for a 1-2 second count.

Wall Walks (1-1-1-1-1)
