Why did you join CrossFit Ballwin?

I joined CrossFit Ballwin to take control of my health and to get into great shape.  When I first joined, I was looking for an environment that would help me make my health and fitness a priority by integrating it into my everyday life.

What’s been your biggest accomplishment?

It sounds so simple, but really just sticking with it.  I took several years off of attending CrossFit due to unrelated issues, but I never stopped making my health and fitness a priority.  I kept with it for the years I took off and eventually found my way back to CrossFit after things settled down.

What are you working on now?

Endurance/stamina.  I’ve never been good at this aspect of fitness so I’m working on improving it.

What’s your favorite CrossFit Ballwin memory?

Hitting a PR on deadlifts that was almost 100lbs more than what I thought I could lift.  This was a few months into starting.

What motivates you to continue training at CrossFit Ballwin?

The community.  I used to dread working out because I got bored with it so quickly.  With CrossFit, everyday is different, especially with all of the fun characters CFB has running around in it 🙂
