I found myself bored with just the “normal” routine of running and lifting weights. I was not achieving any sort of sanctification out of fitness since I found it dry and boring. It also led me to doing too much where Crossfit was able to fill in the joy of challenge and force me to cut back on the amount of “stuff” I did.
Why CrossFit Ballwin?
The community is what kept drawing me back and that the same community is supportive of whatever your goals are.
My 1st CrossFit Experience?
My first experience was just walking into the Ballwin gym and said I want to give it a try. The first experience was really the first week. Just three new guys all dying together every morning.
What Drives Me?
The want to keep getting better in all areas of life.
My Biggest Achievement?
Still working on it.
Favorite CrossFit Exercise?
Being able to gain body weight in a healthy way and maintaining it while holding onto my cardio.
