I was overtraining several years back. Losing weight but not really putting on muscle or getting stronger. I was pretty adamant I wasn’t doing CF. That is until I did my first WOD. I’ve been hooked ever since.
Why CrossFit Ballwin?
Well, I kinda love the place…..and co-own it with my husband Trent.
My 1st CrossFit Experience?
The WOD was all of 11 minutes and it kicked my ass!
What Drives Me?
The fact that I could have been knocked down so many times and that people thought I would be a failure. “I use all their negativity as positivity and fuel to get me to where I need to go.” David Goggins
My Biggest Achievement?
I was a teen mom. I have faced hardships, struggles, success, cancer, and so much more. Standing back up in the face of adversity, and not backing down is my biggest achievement.

Anything that challenges me
Own your shit.
Whether its a hard past.
A difficult upbringing.
Not knowing your worth.
