I believe being a well rounded athlete is very important because we never know what our next day will bring. Through functional training, we are able to perform within different time domains as well as the varied physical demands (effort). This variability will best prepare us when LIFE hits us when we are least expecting it.
Why CrossFit Ballwin?
The community and atmosphere is beyond any other in the surrounding area.
My 1st CrossFit Experience?
Was terrible, yet life changing. I was told that it was simply a “workout competition,” and since I considered myself fit, I would be fine. I was wrong. I never knew 5 workouts and almost coming in dead last would spark the interest to pursue it full time and open up the various opportunities I’ve been presented with thus far.
What Drives Me?
Passion & dedication.
My Biggest Achievement?
Within crossfit, taking the podium inmultiple local competitions throughout Georgia, California and Michigan. Within life itself, marrying my wife & completing my first year at Logan University.
Favorite CrossFit Exercise?
You are given one life, so one true chance to make it everything you want it to be.. be stronger than the excuses you give to not achieve the goals you’ve always wanted or imagined.
